Beautiful Condo in a Great Location
5/5 We enjoyed our stay in this condo for an event at the Hangout. It's close enough to walk there, has a beautiful beach and great parking. The condo is very well maintained and is as advertised. Communication with the owner was great. We had an issue with a broken drip coffee pot and it was resolved quickly and easily. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

5/5 The overall property was very well maintained and had great amenities. A large checkers set in the lobby, blowers to keep the floor dry, heat lights for walking in from the beach, shoe caddy for walking on the beach, pool and beach access on both sides of property, plentiful and easy parking, ice vending machine to purchase bagged ice (that was great, thick quality, we used 1 bag for our entire stay), vending machines for snacks and drinks, luggage carts, fast and quiet elevator. Walking distance from just about everything (especially The Hangout). The $50 parking pass seemed a little excessively priced, and my only annoyance about the property as a whole (and in NO control of the condo owner). But it wasn't a deal breaker.
The condo itself was very clean and had just about everything we needed. We wish we would have brought a few comfy blankets as we did not find any extras, but we just used what we brought for the beach. Plenty of space and having 2 bathrooms was very nice. There were great things to use for the beach in the closet.
Would for sure stay here again; ether in this exact condo or even anywhere else on the property (and hope they do away with the expensive parking pass).

Great Location
5/5 We enjoyed our stay a lot. It’s so nice the beach is right there and the pools are a bonus! We couldn’t get our kids out of the pool, they loved it. Communication with the owner was great, responded so quickly. Answered all our questions. Our stay had a small hiccup but she made it right and communicated everything perfectly!

Great family getaway
5/5 We had the best time! The condo itself was very comfortable, beds were amazingly soft, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you’d need to cook, balcony was perfect for taking a break from the sun while still enjoying the ocean view. The proximity to the beach was unbeatable and we loved being able to walk a few blocks to get dinner. Kary was very quick to respond and incredibly kind and helpful. We will definitely be staying again!
