Great fam vacay
5/5 Ive stayed at gssrc several 4x times with no issues. 202C did not disappoint. The only issue this time and was not the host but the facility. Seems there were alot of young adults/teens which had no respect at the pool. We could not enjoy the pool with grandkids between 7 to 9 pm. Running. Jumping in pool. Stacking loungers and using it as diving boards. Loud and lewd which made if unsettlung sitting on the balcony. Finally 10pm came and peace. There were a few adults but it was a bit late at that point. Not sure where the night mgr was or if there was one. AM mgr great. In talking with other adult guests they resounded our concerns.Again no reflection on host. Would recommend and stay again.

202C is a great condo!
5/5 We’ve stayed at GSSRC 3 times and 202C is the best room yet. The condo was stocked with basic needs I’ve never found in any other, anywhere. An abundance of household products, cooking items, spices, etc that you normally have to go buy yourself. We were very satisfied and if we ever choose to come back I’ll definitely try to book 202C!

Good place
5/5 Evolve really works for us instead of staying in a hotel for our family. We'd rather have an apartment like this instead. Everything was clean. The pool area could use a bit of money put into it but was still fine. Parking pass has to be paid for in the front office. We would use again.
Loved our vaca!
5/5 We absolutely loved this property and would stay here again! Everything was as it shows!! It is located at the perfect location to all the restaurants. The room was nice and clean. Loved it!!
