  The Property we rented was very nice. the ability to get to it was an Issue. I was told that the elevator was not working but that by the time I got there it should be fixed. this did not happen, and I am a disabled Veteran who has issues climbing stairs. I was very disappointed and do not feel anyone should have to go a hole week climbing up and down to enjoy their vacation. I was not able to enjoy the beach and was only able to go fishing (38.00) for a license, one day. I have had other places that had an elevator go out and was fixed in just one day. I really don't believe, after talking to other tenets that this was a onetime problem. I think you may just put it off. Not happy witrh my stay!!

  -The elevator was unfortunately struck by lightning, and the repair process has taken much longer than anyone hoped. The elevator company identified multiple issues, and they only ship one part at a time as each issue is diagnosed, which has delayed the full repair.
  -We completely understand how frustrating this has been, and we’ve been actively working with the elevator company throughout the process. The information we shared during your stay was based on what we were told at the time.
  -We’re installing lightning rods on the building—a long-term solution we hope will make a big difference going forward.
  -This is the first major elevator outage we’ve experienced in over six years, and we’re genuinely sorry that it impacted your trip.
  Thanks again for your feedback—it helps us improve, and we truly wish your visit had been more enjoyable.

  Absolutely breeze of process! Angie is the best an answered all of my questions! Probably ones she emailed me about but she was an angel and told me all the things to make the trip perfect!

  Enjoyed our trip with our kids and grandkids. View and location were the BEST part! Clean and comfortable with all could need. Great

• Quick trip to Gulf Shores

  We were there for a regional gymnastics meet for my daughter. The rental was perfect! Clean, comfortable, great views of the beach. Nice wrap around porch. The owner Angie was fantastic in communicating and left no detail to question. We will be back!

  It was a very good stay. except for the people above us. they had kids running and

  jumping all the time, making all kinds of noise!!
