- The property is located in Park Avenue Condos
- As you enter the parking lot Building 800 will be on the left. The building is not well marked on the unit's half of the building. It's the building directly across from the pool. Unit 810 is on the first floor, directly across from the pool. As you enter the breezeway, it will be the first one you come to on your left

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The Guest Contact will provide the access code on the morning of arrival
- To lock, press the 'Schlage' button at the top and turn the deadbolt knob
- The key for the community pool area will be hanging on the refrigerator on the small hook
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return the pool key to the hook
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash. The dumpster is located at the east end of the parking lot. As you walk out of the condo and face the parking lot it will be to your left
- Wash all used dishes or load and start the dishwasher
- Leave slept-in beds unmade
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve
