• Totally deceiving pictures and description

  * This house have had not maintenance for years (dirty all around, walls not painted, mattresses smell, TVs don't work, floors are warped and planks separated, chairs and rugs are all stained, backyard is messy, shower door hard to open or close, shower faucet is either cold or scolding hot. dishwasher is not installed properly ( it is loose, comes out from under the cabinet when you open it), kitchen cabinets are missing doors, and the bottom cabinets have water marks as if the kitchen was flooded) missing end panels. * No hand soap or cleaning supplies anywhere* Train whistle all night long (impossible to sleep, should be mentioned on description)* Nothing is like on the website pictures* Disappointing.

  This place was awful. One shower had no shower curtain bar or shower curtain, the dishwasher kept walking itself out from the cabinet when running, the floors feels like they are about to fall through, a towel bar was missing a bracket and the bar was gone, no WiFi instructions, had hair in the “clean” towels, some towels were visibly stained, sheets on the beds were not even fully dry. I could go on. Sent the local contact a text and voicemail asking if the shower curtain and lack of basic supplies like soap could be remedied. Her response was, “Excuse me?!” That’s it. No help at all. VRBO and other platforms should consider removing this property. Evolve should also drop them. Evolve offered me a $27 credit for our troubles. Ha!

• Not what it looks like

  Very disappointed in this property. The photos looked great however they were far from realty. The floors were dirty. One of the toilets did not flush. There were no wash clothes or hand towels. The dish washer was not mounted under the cabinet so it pulled out when you opened the door. There was a big spider in the master bedroom. The neighborhood was questionable. I'm surprised you represent this property on VRBO.

  First thank you for letting us in early. But there was lots if problem with the air conditioner and because was so hot in the house trigger my migraine. You knew something was wrong with the air but you said nothing until I called you,and you said the HVAC man know and was on his way. It took hours we had to leave and try to get somewhere else. The door never gotten fix that you told me about. The remotes didn't work,we replace the batteries and the TV still didn't work,so only one TV worked.
