  We used this house for a home base while in a hockey tournament. The house was clean, cozy and is in a quiet neighborhood. The large basement was *perfect* for the kids to play, be loud, listen to their music and enjoy themselves. The beds were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. Not once did I think “I wish I had packed my _______”. It was all there. We loved using the grill on the large back deck. The yard was still a bit covered in snow and ice but it is large and I bet the kids would love it out there in the summer. Communication was excellent. We needed a new propane tank for the grill and this issue was addressed almost immediately. Highly recommend!

• Great place for lots of people

  We had a total of 9 people stay (was originally planning on 16). There was plenty of room for all of us (even if we had 16). We had an AWESOME time.

  Got to house and the main bathroom seat on toilet was broken and one of the drawers still had somebody's clothes in drawer. Management team had access to ring camera and tracked who came in and out of house. We booked for my daughters wedding so their was going to be people coming in and out at most times of the day. Some days yes we did have quite a bit of people their till some time early in the morning but never disrespected the home. Also had somebody going through the garbage at 3 in the morning one night. Nice place to stay but a bit more privacy would be nice.

  - The Ring camera is located on the driveway and is used solely for security and to ensure house rules are followed. It does not record inside the home or infringe on guest privacy.
  - Your reservation was for one guest, but there were significantly more people present during your stay. This created concerns about potential property damage and noise disturbances, as reported by neighbors.
  - If the toilet seat was broken upon your arrival, notifying the management team immediately would have allowed us to address it promptly.
