5/5 The home is updated, comfortable and well appointed. It is also convenient to most of what Palmer has to offer (two walking distance breweries appealed to us) and served us well as a crash pad for longer distance activities.

5/5 House was beautiful, very clean space, great amenities, host was amazing at communication, and it was good area to stay. There were multiple restaurants and bars within walking distance. The fishing pier was about a mile from the house. Rockport beach park was less than 10 mins away.
