Cozy comfortable
4/5 This property was cozy and comfortable and only a short drive from the attractions we were in town to explore. The only less than stellar point was the refrigerator needed a good wipe down and had used and expired condiments in it. All in all it was a relaxing experience.

Better than expected
5/5 Excellent place to stay. The apartment was very clean and everything worked. The owners definitely take care of it. Parking is right out front, it's in a quiet neighborhood, and it's close to everything in Fairbanks. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear people upstairs but it wasnt a deal-breaker for me by any means. I will try to stay here again next time I visit Fairbanks.
