2/5 I was very disappointed. This place has way too many hazards. First of all I was never told the owner lived in the garage underneath and I was concerned when I heard and saw someone walking around. The place is nice but need HELP. The porch door not lock and my husband fixed. The windows don’t open, the smoke detectors only have the back on the wall, the deck rails are loose and the deck floor warped. The place could use a deep cleaning as I was able to write my name on the vent cover over stove. The kitchen needs a redo. Nice location and nice place but not worth it

5/5 The house was amazing. The backyard and pool was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the 6 grandkids play in the pool. Not too far to walkbto the beach. Only one little negative the kitchen had no kitchen towels for dishes and such. We made it work though.

4/5 Perfect for our family. We were in Anchorage for a graduation. It was a great place for us to gather and hang without intruding on the graduate’s space. Great view, good walking trails, and quiet neighborhood - even with the planes.

5/5 Property was spacious and comfortably furnished..
Enjoyed seeing their collections. Watching aircraft come and go from your living room window is an extra treat. The children ages 8 to 14 we're extremely delighted with this feature. The host was definitely interested in the comfort and satisfaction of the guests
