- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the phone number used on the reservation
- There is also a security alarm on the property. The keypad is located in the kitchen. To disarm, enter 3077 then hit 'OFF'. To arm, enter 3077 then hit 'AWAY'
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 am
- PLEASE NOTE: If this check-out time is not met, guests will face an additional post-stay nightly fee
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the unit by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Turn off all lights, electronics and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the unit is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
