Bottom line: Owners are now more likely to see rebookings of canceled peak dates at or near the original value, rather than lowered rates to fill the vacancy fast.
Why it matters:
Tons of travelers search for last-minute stays every day, creating a major opportunity to fill calendar gaps and boost revenue.
What’s new:
Evolve owners can now opt into same-day check-ins on Airbnb and Vrbo, making their property available for last-minute bookings. Owners who opted into the feature during our initial test saw a 7% increase in revenue over just four weeks.
Why it matters:
The check-in experience sets the tone for a guest’s entire stay, with issues often leading to support requests and negative reviews.
What’s new:
Starting in May, Evolve can manage access for you. Owners handle the hardware; we handle everything else.
After an owner adds a compatible Smart Lock to their listing, guests will get a unique entry code that activates at check-in and expires at check-out. Our team will have real-time visibility to help with access issues, giving owners one less thing to manage.
Owners still have full visibility and control via their lock’s native app, and can even give custom codes to cleaners and partners. It all adds up to a better first impression without any extra effort.
Why it matters:
Guest questions can feel repetitive, but still require fast, accurate responses to create a five-star experience.
What’s new:
We’re investing in AI-powered messaging tools to instantly handle common guest inquiries about things like check-in instructions, WiFi passwords, and how to reach the Guest Contact.
For chats starting on Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com, we’ve provided an immediate answer to guests over 60% of the time. For anything more complex, an Evolve teammate steps in right away.

Managing your property shouldn’t require digging through menus or struggling to find the tools you need.
What’s new:
Our new layout is designed to make the owner experience easier, organizing info in a way that makes more sense and giving quick access to the most-used pages on both web and mobile views.

What’s new:
Owners can now add or remove users directly within the app, without contacting support. Those who need to access multiple accounts can do so with one email address, and switching between those accounts is as simple as clicking a button.

Starting this summer, Evolve owners can update amenities directly within the Owner App — no support requests needed.
