Great Homecoming Weekend Stay
5/5 Overall great experience. Perfect for our group for WVU Homecoming Football Weekend. Very difficult to park more than 2 cars…may consider extending driveway to the left or extend down the side of the house. A few maintenance issues that could be addressed…ie kitchen faucet needs repaired/tightened, multiple light bulbs out, several light switches/plug covers exposing electrical and back deck needs definite repairs for safety. Beds comfortable and enough linens provided. Overall great stay and will definitely consider renting again for next year.
Adequate, but lacking
2/5 We booked this property because the location was convenient for an event in Morganstown. Unfortunately, it was less than ideal. If you look close at the photos, you will notice there is no dining table. Other than a small counter, there is no way to sit and eat, certainly not as a group. There are only 4 functional chairs, one is broken. Listing is for 4 bedrooms, 8 people, yet can only sits 4 to eat.The worst of the problem was the overall cleanliness was poor. Toilets were dirty (filty), the shower curtains still were moldy and need to be replaced. There were many cobwebs around the house, someone just needs to give it a thorough cleaning, yet even with a poor previous review it appears little has changed. Based on the owners response to that review, we had expected a clean unit, bad expectation on our part.

5/5 Great house for a group of 3 or 4 adult couples. 3 full bathrooms is such a plus!!! Close to grocery store and restaurants. Parking is tricky with narrow street but we squeezed 4 cars into 2 front yard spaces with creative parking.
