  The property is gorgeous. The kitchen is great for large groups. There's also a full bathroom in every guest room, so that was the best part. Unfortunately, some tubs were dirty and obviously not cleaned, so some of our guests felt uncomfortable showering. There was dust on the floors in some rooms, so it was a bit too dirty for babies to crawl around. It's a kid-friendly property, but the mess was an issue for us. Also, the communication was poor. We booked this property months in advance, and none of our questions were answered until the full payment was processed, approximately 20 days before our stay. When on the property, though, communication was fine.Most importantly, the beds were HORRIBLE. Not one person said they slept well. The property looks so trendy and has great appliances, but that doesn't matter if everyone's going to get such poor sleep. It was hard for us to enjoy our trip because everyone was so tired and had aching bodies. I'd suggest that the property upgrade its beds to match the luxurious appearance of the property. Such poor sleep was not expected, given the high price we paid for what we thought would be a luxurious stay.

  House was nicer in person than in the pics. Kitchen, dining and living room make it easy for all to gather together. Kitchen has everything you need! Bedrooms were a great mix of shared and private. Tons of bathrooms!

  Overall the stay was okay the internet went out, the electricity box had to be reset several times, the patio was not swept off. The house is very rommy Maybe a TV should be in every room.

  The house is spacious with plenty of room to spread out and relax. It was exactly what we needed. There are 3 refrigerators to keep everything cold and the kitchen is huge. We found ourselves congregating around the island. The beds were comfortable and so was the furniture.We did run into a few issues. The toilet paper was not restocked in the bathrooms after the previous rental, but we asked the property manager and more was provided. We also ran out of paper towels & napkins towards the end of our stay and didn’t bother asking for more. The propane for the grill was out. We filled up one of the tanks and the manager more than reimbursed us for our efforts.The biggest disappointment was how dirty the place was. There was glitter and visible dirt on the floors. I don’t like wearing shoes in the house, but we had to. Otherwise our feet would get dirty. To their defense, we did as for an early check-in and arrived an hour early.The experience all-in-all was a good one. When we brought up issues to the property manager, they were addressed. Things are going to come up at a rental home, but we would have preferred a few less of them.We would have no issue in renting this property again.
