CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check-in after 3:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The guest will receive the code from the guest contact prior to check-in.
- Upon entering the code, pull the door handle securely towards you and push down the plunger with your thumb to open the door. The door needs to be fully latched shut in order for the handle to engage
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Leave any perishable items in the fridge/freezer, or put them in the trash
- Put trash and recycling into the bins provided in the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms
- Load and start the dishwasher. Tablets are available under the sink. Press the start button twice to start
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile in the bathrooms
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste. All pet waste must be bagged and put directly into the outdoor trash bin
- If you used the grill or smoker, clean out the debris, detach the propane, and return them back under the deck. Only re-cover once the grill/smoker has completely cooled down
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Set the thermostat to 68 degrees
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
- While we love your pets, please do not let them on the furniture (including beds and couches)
- A paw cleaning station is available downstairs for any muddy paws coming in from the backyard
- Before using the grill or smoker, you must roll them out from under the deck. They are only stored under the deck to stay protected from the elements. They are only allowed to be used in the far corner of the patio, as far from the house and deck as possible for safety
- The home gym is available for guests to enjoy. Please review and follow all posted gym rules
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the Welcome Book upon arrival
