Great location, comfy space
5/5 Location is very convenient, central and near a grocery store, and felt safe. House was clean, well appointed and stocked with supplies. We’ll stay here again next time we visit

Great value
5/5 This was a solid home base for dropping our child at University of Puget Sound. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed including a blow up mattress for an extra person. The unit is in a walkout basement and is below another rental property. We could hear footsteps above but it was not overly distracting. The driveway up from the alley is a little funky to enter at first, but we figured it out. Entering from the back gate there is a nice little outdoor seating area. You can’t beat the price and our stay here was very affordable compared to other places we considered.
