Could use updating
4/5 The house is spacious and clean. That said the bedding is quite worn and very old. One shower wouldn’t drain, and the bathrooms and kitchen could use an update. Also of note there is a lot of religious paraphernalia throughout the house. If that is your thing, great, but it should be noted that it’s quite excessive. Check in was an issue and it took an hour to get ahold of the property manager. I believe they put a lot of effort into making this home comfortable and with some small updates it could be much nicer.

Wedding weekend
5/5 7 of us in town for a wedding on UPS campus. Perfect location for getting back and forth and very comfortable and well appointed house.

Good place to stay with multiple people
5/5 This house is located centrally in Tacoma and is in a nice neighborhood. The back porch has a view of Mt. Ranier (although obstructed by phone cables). The backyard is so nice and refreshing to sit outside and enjoy the breeze. The house itself is quirky but cute. When you walk in the front door you either go upstairs to floor 1 or downstairs to floor 2. If you have someone who cannot manage stairs do not get this house! There are multiple sitting areas, and the kitchen is well-stocked. Again, the deck outside is wonderful!! I really like this place. We have rented it 2 years in a row for the same conference. It is close to a Starbucks and Safeway, easy access to the freeway, close to Ruston area by the water, the beds are comfortable and the a/c works well (don't set it too low...you will freeze out the people downstairs!) We really appreciated the cleanliness, safety and comfort of this house.
