Always a great time
5/5 We've been coming back to The Big House Lodge for the past 12 or so years and have enjoyed our stay every time. We know what to expect and we are ready to have a great time from the moment we land on the property.
5/5 It was a wonderful location and a beautiful lodge. We had a great host who was very responsive to our needs. We were a group of 29 women from the city so we were not expecting a moth mating season to be going on while we were there! At first we did not know what the baby moths were and were a bit nervous. But Jesse explained what was happening and brought us citronella candles and other repellents and the stay ended being awesome.

Awesome Time!!
5/5 We took a large youth group for camp and had an amazing time!! The house was perfect and had so many places to spread out! Sleeping arrangements were a breeze with all the room options, and the cafeteria helped the meals to run smoothly! We had dozens of games and activities that were easy to set up on the property, and the outdoors were above expectations! On a side note, Jessica is the best manager ever!!! She resolved a couple small issues quickly and was incredibly easy to contact. Thank you so much for such a great stay! 💙
Family Reunion Weekend
5/5 We had a great weekend at the Big House, and it is a beautiful property and great space inside for a large group of people. All the rooms with the bathrooms was really great for our family dynamics, and was a big upgrade from previous family reunion rentals. There was unfortunately a water issue that resulted in no running water Sat-Sun, but working with the home owner and property manager was really smooth and they worked really hard to make our stay comfortable, including bringing a portable potty and hand washing station to the house. Even with the water incident i would 100% come back to stay again and anyone who is looking for a family friendly property for both indoor/outdoor activities this place is it.
