We stayed for two nights while celebrating my daughter’s wedding on Skyline Trail at Mount Rainier, and it was the perfect home base for such a special weekend! The girls stayed the first night and got ready for the big day here, and the newlyweds enjoyed the second night as their first as a married couple. The house itself was absolutely charming — everywhere we looked, there were little details to appreciate, from the stained glass and crown molding to even the unique light switches. You can tell a lot of care went into decorating the space! We also loved watching the wildlife outside in the mornings — such a peaceful bonus. The location couldn’t be better if you’re visiting Rainier — it’s just minutes from the park entrance, which made it super convenient. We’d absolutely recommend this stay to other travelers, families, and especially anyone planning to explore the mountain. We ended up accidentally leaving mirrors and the host was gracious enough to arrange a time for me to come back to get them. It was very much appreciated and we look forward to coming back someday soon.
