5/5 It was a very nice place. I would recommend it. My husband and I were there for our 55th wedding anniversary. We didn't have to contact the host. It was a little far away from restaurants for us. If you are planning on driving the parkway or hiking its a perfect location.

Extremely Damp
3/5 The unit smelled musty and the floors always felt damp/wet! The bath towels always felt damp/wet even after hanging for 24 hrs in the bathroom despite the exhaust fan running. The bed was very comfortable and surprisingly the sleep sofa was comfortable, which is rare. You could tell the kitchen had been upgraded and was very nice! Kitchen was well stocked once we found some of the dishes in the dishwasher.
