Perfect for what we needed!
4/5 It’s a spacious house that accommodated the 9 of us. It was exactly what we needed so everyone was able to have room to roam without bumping into one another. Like many others said, it’s a nice house, older, that needs some repairs and the neighborhoods to get there are a bit rundown, but it was totally fine and we did not have any issues. If you are just looking for a place to fit a lot of people in one place and you do not care if the floors creek, and the walls are not freshly painted, then you should go ahead and rent this house! It wasn’t a perfect house, but it was the perfect place for what we needed. I would give it a solid 4.5 stars.

4/5 The house is fine older which you find that a lot in Richmond area. Plenty of towels provided and bedrooms. Nothing close to walk to area didn’t seem that great. A few fixtures need tightening.
