We had a group of 8 adults for a week and this space overall worked well for us. We especially appreciated having laundry and multiple showers, as we mountain biked every day that we were there. The condo is well located to town so it was very easy to go out for meals, supplies, and rides. The grill was a great addition for dinners. It could be nice to add some additional seating for the patio so that outdoor dining is an option. We ran low on some supplies, particularly for our cleaning and cooking needs, but we bought some pots for the kitchen and the host was very quick to arrange a drop off of the cleaning supplies. Rooms and beds were super comfortable! The pool and hot tub were a great addition, though there were quite a lot of people staying in the neighborhood so it was challenging to make use of them at times. Overall a great place; would recommend!

The property was well located on a quiet street. The property was spacious and clean. Although there was only one bathroom besides the master bathroom, both the toilet and shower were behind separate doors - a great design that made using the facilities much faster. A few things were not right: there was only one washcloth, plug-in fan in master bedroom did not work, and the door hinges needed oil so they squeaked loudly.

This was one of the top properties I have stayed at. Moab itself is a wonderful vacation destination and having a place like this to come back to after a full day was great. I would recommend this to anyone who is staying in this area.

Nice, clean townhouse. Location was great. Only 2 minor complaints: the nonstick cookware was flaking, to the point of not being able to cook with it. And, bikes were advertised in the listing but both had flat tires and pretty much not usable. We needed to use them while our kids ran. Would recommend if you don’t want to cook or ride bikes around town

Let’s start with zero communication with the host while many things were needed, broken or needed a fix. It is to me, extremely important on so many levels that the host is available to you and not some robot online. When we arrived we didn’t have the code to the pool area so I message the host, no reply, no pool.First night, one of the guest got locked in the bedroom due to a faulty door knob and it took us an hour to get her out. (Very scary situation, especially in a emergency situation.Toilet seat in the downstairs bathroom is not screwed correctly, so be careful when you sit. Shower drains in upstairs bathroom had to be pumped by me with a toilet plunger bc the water wouldn’t drain. The list goes on. Extremely dissatisfied!!!
