3/5 The entire house needs a major refresh. The furniture is disgusting and I was not able to sit on anything without putting towels down. Ice maker not working and mold in the ice trays and ice bin. View is ok but you have electrical poles you have to look through. Standing water in outdoor shower area and in cooler on screened in porch (screen also ripped open defeating purpose) so the mosquitos were awful. Outdated TVs and you have to unplug the fire stick to restart every time you turn the master tv on. Towels and rags need a refresh as well. They are stained and smell bad. Wouldn’t stay here again or use Evolve for booking. Way too much money for what you are getting.
