    We had a wonderful stay at Suntide 111. The rental process was extremely easy and we had a nice selection of condos to choose from. Our location made it possible to park, check in, and never to have to move our vehicle again. The grocery store, tourist shops, and restaurants were all within walking distance. Our condo was located right on the beach for access whenever we desired. The beds were all extremely comfortable and the kitchen was pretty well stocked.

    We had a great time at our first 2 month stay at SunTide III, in SPI. Our original rental was sold, and I was lucky to connect with the owner of unit here!

    We enjoyed all the amenities, Pickle Ball court, pools, hot tubs, gym, basketball court etc…

    The owner was great, and the staff on site was great as well.

    There is currently construction going on to improve the property and the lobby as well was remodeled. The construction didn’t bother our stay as we were not in the condo during the day as we were enjoying the outdoors and the beautiful island!
