  • Suntide III Review

    We rented three condos at Suntide III for a week. Evolve canceled one because of our condos for "double booking" and moved those to a different condo on a different floor. Then Evolve said the wrong group was being moved. The receptionist at Sundtide III was on the phone for hours trying to resolve the screw-up with Evolve. Total incompetency. Second, our condo 1001 was clearly not ready for occupancy. TVs were not connected, no blinds on the windows in the master bedroom and the freezer had major problems of water leakage that cause ice to form on the items in the freezer. Bottom line: we will NOT be renting from Evolve going forward ever again.

    Close to everything. The yellow bus was great to ride to get to places! It was free. The condo was perfect for 6 people! The view was breathtaking! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed! It was a fantastic family vacation! Will come back!

    Love the view of where we stayed, it was cleaned . We had to supply ourselves with extra things like toilet paper and paper towels. We had a full washer and dryer which came i handy. My family and I enjoyed our stayed, no issues when checking in or out. Good access to the beach ! We will definitely be back

  • Winter Vaca

    Our overall experience was good. Great views on the beach. Great management. Had tile throughout except the 3rd bedroom was the carpet that was nasty dirty. Baseboards were dusty. Kitchen wear was showing a lot of age.
