    Location if absolutely fabulous. Condo is clean (except for the grout which is horrible), has everything you might need,furniture needs to be updated. Overall, I`d stay here again for location alone.

    This condo had everything we needed, and right on the beach with a spectacular view! The beds were comfortable, although please note that the description of this unit lists one king room, and two queens in the other, however, it has a king room and the other has a queen and twin bunk beds. It wasn't a big deal for us, since we had kids with us who were excited to sleep on the bunk beds. The unit was clean and tidy, with lots of space to stretch out. The property is older, but very well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. We even barbequed one night, but if you're considering grilling, note that they are charcoal pits, not propane. Also, Suntide III provides bath and pool towels, so no need to pack bulky towels in your luggage. We just visited in the peak summer season, and the pool/property never felt "packed". We will definitely look to book here again!

    The room we stayed in was AMAZING. The kitchen had updated appliances and the ice maker in the freezer actually worked! The kitchen also had a great selection of pans and dishes. The washer/dryer set worked like a charm. The master bedroom/bathroom combo was perfect and the other bedroom (one queen and a set of bunk beds) was perfect for our 4 kids. The view from the balcony was breathtaking! Overall, felt like home and we would love to go back.<br />

    The building did have a few flaws. The elevator on our side of the building was out for a couple of days and the other did not have AC. Parking was a nightmare due to limited parking area inside and outside of the gate. And a warning that the inside heated pool is more like one huge hot tub, loved the outside pool though.
