  • Awesome beach front stay

    We went for an impromptu honeymoon for a week as our original honeymoon plans were changed due to COVID-19. This place really had everything we needed and wanted. It is steps away from the beach, has a great outdoor pool, and the unit itself was lovely. We loved hanging out of the balcony looking right onto the beach. It has a big kitchen and nice dining area along with a very comfy bed in master bedroom. There is tons of natural light from both seaside windows in living room and master bedroom. Really within walking distance of many things including grocery/liquor/convenient stores. We ended up booking an extra night because we didn’t want to leave as planned. Thank you for the amazing stay.

  • Very Comfy and Convenient

    Everything was good but the smell of cigarette when we got in. I contacted turnkey to complain about this and they said would send a vendor to assess and deminish the smell.... but nobody came... I had to buy Materials and pay out of pocket so that I could solve this issue and have a good vacation.

  • Great experience!!!

    We arrived right after Hurricane Hannah passed through the area and our first day was rainy and gloomy. The condo we stayed in was supplied with family board games which we always enjoy so it made our day inside perfect. We always feel right at home at Suntide III. The staff is always welcoming and available when we need them. The grounds keepers are very outgoing and hilarious! Suntide III is our home away from home and we are looking forward to our next trip to SPI!!! Thank you for another great experience Suntide III!!!
