    Suntide III Condo 706. Our family’s 15th year at South Padre Island - in fact at Suntide III. Our stay in Condo 706 was awesome. A well decorated condo that was very comfortable and fit for a large family. Another year of memories and great times to remember. The facility is well maintained. Only negative which to continue from year to year are the elevators continue to be a problem.

    We have been to the island multiple times and have stayed in many different condos. This condo was by far the best one yet!! Great views from the patios, well stocked kitchen and plenty of room for our group - 7 adults.
