    I have stayed at this property many times before, and I genuinely love the location. My previous experiences have always been very positive, which is why I keep coming back. Unfortunately, this particular unit was disappointing.

    During our stay, there was construction taking place in the unit next door, which caused significant noise, especially between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m. After that, the noise was considerably quieter.

    One of the main reasons I chose this ground-floor condo was its convenient access to the pool and beach. However, that access was blocked due to the construction. While the listing does mention ongoing construction, I believe it should provide more specific information about how it affects this particular unit and exactly which areas or access points are restricted. This would help guests make a more informed decision before booking.

    We also encountered several maintenance and cleanliness issues:

    * The bedroom blinds were in poor condition and did not work properly, allowing too much light into the room.

    * There were numerous cockroaches both inside and outside the condo.

    * Several bathroom fixtures and components were loose.

    * The handles on the master bedroom furniture were loose.

    * The TV remote controls did not work properly.

    Additionally, the 10:00 a.m. checkout time seemed unnecessarily early for a vacation rental.

    Overall, this particular unit needs better maintenance and pest control, along with clearer information about construction and how it specifically affects the property.

    Despite these issues, I still really like this property and would definitely return because I know how enjoyable it can be. My previous stays have always been great. However, this time I was disappointed with the condition of the unit, especially compared to the standards I have come to expect from staying here over the years.

    I hope these issues are addressed so future stays can be as enjoyable as my previous ones.
