    Great view of beach and easy beach access. Staff friendly and helpful. Unit clean and comfortable. A little light on basic kitchen utensils. Had to buy some items that were pretty basic

  • Clean Up to Date Beachfront Condo

    Very cute and up-to-date condo with beachfront access at Suntide III. Closet had beach chairs and boogie boards, but the tent was on it's last leg. Suntide III is one of the better maintained properties in a great location on the island that is walking distance to Tequila Sunset.

  • Great vacation room

    The room was clean! The A/C worked great. The back room had toys, chairs and a wagon for the beach. That came in handy!! There was a tailgate tent there too but it was broken and usable. The balcony chairs were nice and comfortable. They had two style of coffee makers, Keurig and regular maker. I didn’t need any assistance from the front desk so I really can’t rate them. The check out lady was very friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

  • Disaster

    One of the showers did not work. There were only 3 or 4 spots in the garage that were not reserved. We were forced to set an alarm each morning at 6;45 to reserve beach umbrellas and chairs because they would not take reservations and there weren’t enough to go around. And the cost was roughly double what we paid for South Padre condos the past four years. We won’t be coming back
