  • Who's got the key?

    Loved the location. The unit was clean and well maintained. No problems at all with that. Our biggest, and only complaint directed to Evolve is why so cheap with the room keys? We had 4 adults who at times went our separate ways. You would only give us 2 keys. First front desk attendant said it was because it was "high season". Makes no sense. Those plastic keys are not expensive at all....less than $1 for you to buy in bulk and maybe $2 if you buy ones with custom logo's etc. It REALLY IMPACTED what we wanted to do at times. We kept begging and finally were given a 3rd key on our second to last day. Too little too late as the saying goes.

    The condo 307 at Suntide III has been just remodeled and this enhanced our one week stay at South Padre Island. Everything worked ok and was in good condition.
