  • Nice complex, room needs updates

    We enjoyed our stay at the condo complex and the amenities are great. The room is nice and accommodating but does need some updates in the kitchen. I was disappointed that the room did not have the drying rack as pictured as I use that for drying my swimsuits and towels.

    My biggest dissatisfaction came from dealing with the evolve team on the phone to add another night to my reservation due to my error. The customer service representative was not able to help me in the timely manner that I needed in order to secure another night. Due to that I was forced to leave and find another place to stay.
