1/5 Extremely Disappointing Stay – Unsafe, Misrepresented, and Ignored by Management...We booked this property for my dad’s 63rd birthday, and it was a huge disappointment. Less than 24 hours into our stay, the boathouse and master bathrooms flooded, soaking the living room, kitchen, and foyer. Then a third flood from the entrance bathroom sent water through the front of the house and even outside. Two different cleaning ladies had to come out during our stay, spending hours cleaning. Both said they had been to the property multiple times before for the same flooding issues, so this is clearly a known problem.The boathouse smelled like sewage, the bungalow had a foul odor, cords were everywhere (my mother tripped), the bunk bed board broke, several outlets didn’t work, and the boathouse AC barely worked. The listing claimed a heated pool, which was completely false — there was no heat and no instructions for the pool or hot tub.We paid 2,400 for this stay, and it was unsafe, unsanitary, and not as advertised. Worst of all, no one has reached out to apologize or offer any resolution. This property was misleading, poorly maintained, and disrupted our family celebration. I strongly caution anyone from booking until these major issues are fixed.

5/5 The house was large and there was plenty of room for our entire family (20). The grandkids enjoyed the game room and we all enjoyed the pool. We had a minor issue and the host responded immediately and it was fixed within an hour.

Enjoyed our stay overall
5/5 The house was spacious and had plenty of room to accommodate our family.
The kids loved the game room and the pool.
The host was very attentive and took care of our questions and concerns.
We also enjoyed the hot tub.
5/5 The house was perfect for our annual family get together. The pool was beautiful and we can only imagine how great it will be when the dam is fixed. We would definitely come back. S’mores by the fire pit at night was a hit. Check in instructions and host support was great as well.
