5/5 The house is in a great location with easy freeway access and minutes from the airport. Very clean, spacious, well appointed, and just as pictured. Perfect for a family. We had a few issues but Rico was so polite and quick to respond.

Very Comfortable Place To Stay
5/5 This house is as it appears in the pictures. The entire house is spacious - large kitchen/dining area, open concept into the living room, and the bedrooms were all pretty big. Definitely a plus for my family. Having two full bathrooms was helpful, and access to a washer and dryer was wonderful. The beds were comfy, as was the couch. Everything was clean. The house is located in a nice neighborhood that is very quiet, and near many of shops we might need or like to go to. Check out instructions were easy to follow, and only asked for the obvious and necessary clean up (I've stayed in some places that want you to basically clean the entire house for them). The kitchen is well stocked with what you need to cook and eat. We made our meals several times during our stay. The bathrooms are well stocked with towels and toilet paper. A nice touch were the soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the shower. Rico texted me before check in with a video of how to use the door lock system, which I really appreciated, and then text me again upon us leaving to make sure our stay went well. All in all, it was a comfy, relaxing stay!
