There is everything there, including beach towels, coffee, and simple kitchen spices and oil! The proximity to the beach can’t be beaten. It’s such a convenient place to stay for a relaxing getaway! The condo unit was super clean and had so many places to hang wet towels and suits, making everything feel well thought out and comfortable. We will be back! Thank you.

Our June 2025 Aransas Princess Trip
5/5 It was overall a great stocked and very nice unit, except, it could have been cleaner. We all loved the unit, but the kitchen was not the cleanest unit we have stayed at, and the middle bathtub did not drain well!

5/5 Our family had a perfect Mother’s Day weekend staying here! Plenty of room, well stocked, great view. We loved it! Even with boardwalk under construction the front desk is on top of shuttle when needed. We will definitely be back.
