3/5 The condo had not been cleaned upon arrival. The hostess was contacted and immediately sent over someone to clean it. We arrived Xmas eve so that was not a good way to starting Xmas celebration as well as long day with traveling. The instructions could be a bit clearer with the lock entry.

4/5 We enjoyed our stay. I would recommend some blinds or a curtain for the front door. The fans also could be better, but over all ot was great
