  Mere words cannot convey the beauty and serenity of this place. Photos are an understatement. The cabin and the 'retro' house were beautiful and comfortable. This location is near major highways, convenient stores and restaurants (restaurant in front of cabin has the best fried catfish!). Our hostess, Dina, is a jewel! She and the owner made our stay a memorable one! We will be back!

• Cute quiet little tiny house.

  I reserved this for my daughter who needed a quiet break for a week. She was very happy with everything and enjoyed her stay. She walked around the area and the water and was quite comfortable. Great! Easy check in, no problems at all.

  The cabin was so hot we could not sleep there was no fire pit outside like it said there was and it was not water front

  Hi Frank, we’re sorry to hear your stay did not meet your expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  - The fire pit is located in the front of the property, right next to the chairs and grill, just as shown in the listing photos. We wish you had contacted our guest contact during your stay to assist you in locating the fire pit. We would have done everything we could to assist with your questions so that you could enjoy your stay.
  - As noted in our listing, the property and lakefront were under construction until the end of August. Lake Dunlap Dam was being repaired, temporarily resulting in the lake resembling a river. However, we'd like to highlight that our rental properties sit on a spacious two-acre lot with approximately 250 feet of Lake Dunlap waterfront. Additionally, we offer convenient amenities like a boat ramp and fishing piers to enhance the guest experience.
  - Given the record-breaking hot temperatures Texas experienced all summer, we installed a second A/C unit to ensure comfort. However, please keep in mind that in a small cabin like ours, frequent opening and closing of doors or leaving them open for extended periods can cause the cold air to dissipate rapidly, especially in 110-120-degree heat.
  We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!
