5/5 Clean property, exactly like described and photos. My family of 8 (5 Adults & 3 Kids) was able to fit comfortably in property. Nice setup in backyard! Hiking trails along the Guadalupe river was awesome, took maybe 8mins to get there from property. Kitchen is nicely updated with All Amenities. Communication was easy and they responded promptly! Thanks for sharing your property with us this Christmas!

4/5 This was a nice home that had plenty of room for our family. It wasn't quite with the pictures showed of the backyard. Be sure and bring your paper products as they didn't provide much. Also beach towels would be nice for the hot tub.

4/5 There were several lightbulbs out and some things that needed repair. It would have been nice to have some board games, more blankets and more hot tub towels.

Family getaway
4/5 Our impression of the property was aright, a little difficult to find the house when we arrived but once there it was great. The backyard was not exactly like the listed photos but overall a cute house to getaway in. We enjoyed our stay!
