I would not recommend
3/5 This house looks good in the pictures but there are some issues. The first thing was we had to do the dishes on the first night because we found dirt dishes in the cupboards. I sent the homeowner a photo of a coffee cup that had not been cleaned and they just put it off as it was just probably put back up by the pervious guest. I would have the maid service checking everything after every visit. Next one of the bedrooms had dirty bed linens and my sister-in-law had to do laundry right off the bat. I would recommend that the house needs an interior paint job as there is chipping on all of the trim and window trim also there are several places where there have been holes in the drywall that have been patched but not painted. And lastly the upper deck needs to be replaced. Several of the boards are rotting and could fall through easily. Big safety concern there. We went on the deck on the first day and decided that it would not be good to continue use.
5/5 Excellent location, downstaris and backyard were nice. Upstairs rooms were worn but not a big deal as we stayed downstairs and in tge backyard most of time.
