Things broken, parking permit not provided as it was supposed to, very limited supplies, really hard to get ahold of contact person....

Hi Cathy, thank you for your review. We wanted to pass along the following feedback from the homeowners: We are very sorry to hear you were disappointed with your stay. When we heard the dishwasher was not working, we had a handyman there within hours, and all that was wrong was a switch had been flipped. We provide two parking tags for our guests. We encourage guests to tell us if they want anything that will reasonably enhance the enjoyment of their stay, as stated in our welcome book and also by our Guest Contact when they check in with each of our guests. We are always available and have the contact numbers of three people who are ready to provide assistance. We are sorry we did not get the opportunity to make sure you had a great stay. As always, we look forward to providing a five-star stay for each of our guests.
This place was perfect for me and my family. We had a Dance Competition close by at Margaritaville Resort. Food and convenient stores close by, and if you golf or fish this would be a good spot for you too. Place was clean and has everything you need.
The unit is VERY tiny and that's fine. We were told 2 parking passes, yet there was only one. Reached out by phone, as they requested, never got that issue dealt with so we had to park a car on the road. Dishwasher wasn't working, so I spent most of the day washing dishes in a play kid's size kitchen sink. Took several emails and phone calls before I reached out to the Evolve team to get a response. Then took a day to to get it looked at. No salt and pepper, shakers were empty. I had to buy and fill. No dish detergent, I had to buy. No washer and dryer on site and only one set of towels per person. Only one kitchen towel... Very limited on kitchen dishes and utensil, not even a corkscrew. Front door auto lock got stuck every time you shut the door, so it kept clicking and dinging until someone inside got up and gave it a shove so it locked in place and could stop.
The listing persons were very slow to respond to questions when we were there. I was thankful there wasn't a major emergency. They say you have “2” parking spaces. They are NOT designated or guaranteed. We rarely were able to park on our units side. If you are planning to take a boat and trailer this is not a good option.

Hi Ronnie, thank you for your review. The homeowner wanted to pass along the following feedback: Each unit in our condominium complex is given two parking passes which guarantees they will have spaces to park. The spaces are not designated according to units, so the available spaces may not be directly in front of the unit. We inform our guests that they may park a boat at the Yacht Club, but you did not wish to take us up on the offer to park your boat and trailer at the club. Nevertheless, we regret any inconvenience to you during your stay!

Hi Oscar, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we are sorry that you experienced issues during check-in. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they would like to share the following:
- We sincerely apologize for the late check-in. We had requested that the cleaning team do a light freshen-up of the condo before your arrival, and they ran a bit late.
- The mix-up with the parking pass occurred when the guest used the 2020 parking tag, instead of the 2021 tag. We have taken steps to prevent this from happening again.
