1/5 The owner was aware that the air conditioner was out and did not communicate that to us. When we arrived at the property (8:30pm) no one could get ahold of the owner and it was 85 degrees in the house. The next morning we were assured that the AC would be fixed and when we went back to house at 4pm no one had been there and the property manager told us to get a hotel and get a refund. After booking a hotel we were told we would only get half of our money back if they couldn't get ahold of owner. Shockingly they still have not gotten ahold of the owner to approve the remaining funds be refunded. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with VRBO.

5/5 Location was very central and easy to get to different locations. Everything was clean and comfortable.I needed to cut my trip short due to a death in my family and the owners kindly adjusted the rental price.
