5/5 This was a great location! We stayed to visit our daughter at Texas Tech and meet her friends. The house is walking distance from campus and also a block away from a beautiful park. Neighborhood and park are great for walking, jogging, dogs, children, etc. Lots of pedestrians, so felt safe. The house was very clean and a perfect layout for our family of all ages (adult, teen, and 18 month old). Jared was very communicative - we texted a couple times when we couldn’t find something and he was quick to help and provide a personal touch. We were very satisfied and look forward to staying again!
