  The location is good but the room was barely clean enough to stay in. The biggest issue was there were mold spores in the vent registers so we ended up leaving a day early. My wife was having trouble breathing with the air being so bad. The complex as a whole definitely needs some upgrades as the elevator was being worked on half the time we were there. Cleanliness is lacking and owners really need to put some money into the place to make it appealing again.

After receiving your feedback, we had our HVAC professional inspect, clean, and disinfect the system and vent registers, and we also spent time at the property addressing items that needed attention. Our cleaning team has been made aware of your concerns as well. Regarding the elevator, the building is scheduled for a full elevator replacement in December 2026, and the property is also undergoing exterior painting as part of the building’s ongoing improvements. We’re committed to maintaining a clean and comfortable property and appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention.   We LOVED this condo so much! It was very clean and situated right on the beach. The pool was also great and had a kiddie pool and a couple hot tubs to choose from. Everything about the condo was perfect. We will absolutely be staying here again next time!

• Good view , good value

  The unit has a good side view , and 4 chairs and a table on the balcony .

  You do get noise from the very busy street .

  The unit is very well stocked , with some extras .

  The towels are very nice and thick , and there is extra hand soap and toilet paper, but always remember to bring your own as well.

  The unit was one of the cleanest that I have ever stayed in .

  The bed is super comfortable , with extra pillows and such in the closet.

  The only thing that needs noting is , the unit is a bit far from the elevator , if you have any mobility issues. And the couch while nice , is not real comfortable.

  The pool and Hot tubs are nice , one being adult only is also a plus.

  The complex is located near all the attractions .

  There is also a regular coffee pot in the cabinet , if you don't like the K cup makers.

  Being on the top floor is also nice , as you don't get noise from neighbors above.

  CHECK IN was easy, as you just put in the code provided .
