Don't stay here
2/5 The Property description says its 3850 Square feet. Its not maybe 1200-1300. While we were there the internet would not work, the TV's would not work. There were Cockroaches and little bugs. The ice maker didn't work and the closet door came off when we touched it. The shower did not get hot in one shower and in the other the shower was hot only. this property is hosted by Evolve who says they care about your vacation, however they have failed to respond to my request for a refund. This was the first vacation we had in over 2 years and all of the above ruined it!

- We are sorry about any confusion with the size of the property, renting only one floor of the property does make the square footage about half of the total.
- We wish you would have reached out to the Guest Contact during your stay, we would have been happy to help. We would have sent professionals to fix any cleaning or pest concerns. We do make sure to clean the property before every guest to make sure everyone is 100% satisfied with their stay.
- We are sorry for any confusion about the refund status, it is still under review at this time and we hope to have an answer for you shortly.

5/5 It was a good home and excellent location but one of the showers didn't have any cold water. It was boiling hot so all of us had to take turns in the other shower. We did not really have the owners info to try and fix the issue.
