  Absolutely perfect house, location and amazing hosts!

  Arrived later than expected and needed help getting in, host was very responsive and resolved my own misunderstanding quickly.

  Moreover, the house is very well kept on the outside and beyond immaculate in the inside to include accessibility to every appliance you could need, spacious rooms, plenty of towels and extra supplies and did I mention the beds were super comfy and clean too!

  As for location, you are literally right in the middle of everything. From hiking, taking a walk down town, restaurants and one of the most amazing things with this property, fishing right off the amazingly large dock in the back yard on the Little Red River.

  This place is an absolutely must!

• Perfect Fredericksburg Escape

  I had an absolutely amazing stay at this property! The location was perfect—just a short distance from the Main Street area, which made exploring the town easy and enjoyable. The home itself was beautifully decorated, and you can tell a lot of thought and care went into every detail.

  Laurie and Rollie were incredibly accommodating and made the stay feel even more special. The animals on-site were gorgeous and added such a unique, charming touch to the whole experience.

  Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

  Great private little spot on a peacock farm just minutes from town but felt secluded. Place was super clean and had everything we needed and more, check in/out was a breeze. Would rent again.

  Beautiful private property on top of the hill. Ponies, peacocks, chickens and dogs greeted us as we drove up the property to the house. Amazing sunrise view. A perfect stay for a couple days!

  Great location just outside the city with a wonderful view of the valley. The live animals were entertaining.Kitchen was a little problematic, but we adapted.Overall a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again when visiting Fredericksburg.
