4/5 The good:
Bottle of my daughter’s favorite wine on the dining table when we arrived.
The beds were really comfortable. I slept 9 hours my first day!
The shower had some wonderful hot water.
The heater worked well.
Bottled water in frig and beside coffee maker. (Fredericksburg water is not good.)
The furniture is comfortable and retro.
The interesting: We were told since we were staying at the “Loft” that we had to park on the street. The listing states we can park in the driveway. No, the driveway is for the other unit (think duplex), and the residence is on a big curve with speeding vehicles. Annoying
The toilet should be flushed before or while you are on the toilet. The bowl fills up. Then you flush AGAIN to actually flush the toilet. Took us a few times before we figured that quirk out.
Use the 5g Wi-Fi. The 2g we couldn’t get to work.
The not so great: the floors were freezing. I suggest wearing slippers when inside when it’s cold outside. Socks and bare feet, painful.
