Comfortable & Convenient
5/5 We really enjoyed our stay in Fredericksburg thanks to this cute home! We found nearly everything just as pictured. The beds were very comfortable which, in my mind, makes a world of a difference on vacation. We initially chose this home to have an extra play zone out back, especially in the event of rain however, we had great weather and chose to do more around town. We loved this location and how convenient it was to walk to breakfast, and other areas in downtown Fredericksburg. Thanks for providing a wonderful landing spot for my family!
3/5 There was a dead bird in bedroom closet. It had been there a while. I sent a text and the response was “OMG do you want me to come get it out.” Obviously it hadn’t been cleaned. My daughter and granddaughter said there were fleas in their beds. I would not stay here again.

From the owner: “Thank you for your feedback. We were genuinely surprised by the situation described, as the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. When the property manager was notified, they immediately offered to come remove the bird and address any concerns on-site.
Since your stay, we’ve hosted multiple guests and have not received any reports of similar issues. Out of an abundance of caution, we also had the home thoroughly re-inspected to ensure everything was in perfect condition.
We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can promptly resolve anything that may arise. Our team is available 24/7 and is committed to providing a clean, comfortable experience for every guest.”5/5 Everything was ready, neat and tidy. Host could repair the driveway cement, but thatd be low priority

This property was so cute and very nice for our weekend getaway. Very nice walk to MainSt. took about 15minutes but wasn’t bad! The little hangout in the back was fun to spend our evening. Would highly recommend staying here!
