  The house looked great when we got there but as the stay went on that first night, we discovered some issues: the back door to the back yard was shattered and held together with tape. Mirrored closet door -3rd bedroom big crack in the glass at the bottom, the remote has no batteries, cabinet under the bathroom sink in the main bedroom- one of the hinges in the cabinet door loose almost falling off so the door hangs and won't close properly unless you push the door in then shut it. Immediate issue of the smoke detector starting to chirp at 10pm tonight. I call the contact who said they could come first thing in the morning, I replied that we can't sleep with that going on all night. We need someone tonight. He said he would call the owner to see what can be done. I had to call him back an hour later to be told he couldn't get ahold of the owner so they could come in the morning. They didn't seem very concerned with our night's sleep at all. So, called the vaction rental company that manages them, Evolve Vacation Rentals. Customer service person I spoke to was very nice but couldnt get ahold of owner until she sent a message that the stay would be canceled and refunded if no response. I said we wanted to leave the next morning because of the unsatisfactory service and get a refund for the rest of the stay. She said we'd be refunded. The next day, Evolve customer service said we weren't in immediate danger so they refunded only 1 night. Never again with Evolve or this property.

  We were in El Paso for my mom’s funeral. It was a very convenient location since I grew up on the east side of town. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay and a great location! Safe neighborhood, you can walk to local places to eat or take a quick jump on the interstate to get you where you need to go. House was spacious, clean, and the TVs were set up with streaming services. Would recommend and stay whenever I come visit again!

  What a nice relaxing stay. Place had everything we needed and more. Owners went about and beyond to make our stay comfortable! The air was on and it was nice and cool before we arrived. Fernando Nava was awesome about answering any concerns we may have had while we stayed. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one.

  Wir haben 2 Wochen in El Paso TX verbracht.Unser Haus war so wie beschrieben, sauber, konnte große Küche benutzen. Leider konnte man den Garten /Terasse nicht wie gedacht nutzen , da keine Stühle und Tisch vorhanden sind. Die Steinbank war leider sehr unbequem bzw. zu heiß zum sitzen. Schon war es auch , das man die Garage für den Mietwagen benutzen konnte. Die Umgebung ist herrlich und mann kann super als Selbstversorger in der Gegend einkaufen. Eventuelle Kontaktaufnahme gestaltete sich etwas schwierig, da wir nur per E-Mail schreiben konnten, und der Verwalter schwer zu erreichen war. Ansonsten ist das Haus zu empfehlen.
