• Nice place, average service, would rent again

  The house is actually nicer than the pictures. It is located among several full time residents so there is not a lot of partying and the location is amazing. We were disappointed that there was no welcome book when we arrived explaining the features of the house. For instance there are nice bulbed lighting surrounding the upper deck but we could never find a way to turn them on in the evenings and texts to the contact number were not helpful. It took texts over two different days to get the password for the internet. The dishwasher was full when we arrived. Since they request you load all your dishes and start the washer when you leave, that was disappointing. The dryer was also full of towels. I think that the home is a very worthwhile rental, but be aware that you may have less personal contact with a host at this rental than you may be used to at others. We would absolutely rent this home again, but we provide this feedback only to assist the management.

  From the Owner: "James, I apologize for the communication issue, I pride myself as the owner for immediate responses, and thank you for pointing that out. The management company Evolve had the wrong number listed as the 1st contact vs my cell phone number. Unfortunately, the previous tenant did something with the welcoming book unbeknownst to me. As far as the dishwasher and towels, trust me, that has been addressed."

  I can’t brag enough about the rental. The beds were so comfortable and they even had beach towels for you to use. The owner even called to make sure everything was good with check in and we didn’t need anything! Also, followed up after check out to make sure all was good with stay.

• Spectacular Beach House

  This is a spectacular beach house and was a great rental choice. It was quaint, very clean, organized and comfortable. It has the comfort of home. The beds are so comfortable , I slept so good! Best rest I've had in a while. I loved the screened in porch and the very large yard and down stairs for hanging out with family. Plenty of room for parking. It is a beautiful place. 😍 Beach Out;) Michelle
