3/5 The venue was nice and the location was excellent. Location pictures are somewhat "untrue" as the venue was in the top story of the building and as such the ceiling was much lower than expected. Also, the initial information given during check-in was "too much". Instead of just presenting us with access; we were told what to do and not do. If I had time I would have walked away at that time because of that.
