  The cabin was nice. Pictures were accurate, and MOST amenities worked. First, the good: The property was beautiful. It felt clean. I brought extra towels because I didn’t know if there would be pool towels. I wouldn’t say I needed the ones I brought, but it was nice to have them so we didn’t have to wash towels daily with kids swimming and all the showers. The jacuzzi tub worked well. I don’t think we ever ran low on hot water even with 11 people taking showers, mostly at night. The bad: The fireplace did not work. I reached out to PropertySense (the property manager/host that was listed) on the first day, as it stayed chilly in the front part of the house where the fireplace is located, and I never got a response back. Even now, weeks later, I still haven’t heard a word. I left a note to be found by whoever comes in to clean which included my contact information. Still nothing. Overall, the house is beautiful, but trust and believe, if it’s cold out, you will feel it in the front section of the house if they didn’t get the fireplace fixed. The glass top of the stove was busted over one of the burners. The wifi could be iffy and the TV was difficult to work. The top of the driveway also has a spot that the vehicle high centered on every time we left the property. We were in a passenger van, so this might be less of an issue if driving a smaller vehicle. But if you’re driving a bus, you’re going to have to take the driveway at a run to get out of it.

  I am not one who usually writes reviews but I feel as tho this stay warrents one. The cabin itself is nice. The pool was a great feature and my kids enjoyed it. The cleanliness of the cabin was horrible. Their were brown colored smears on walls,light switches, and windows. It was either chocolate or feces and judging by the majority of the spattered brown marks were in the bathroom, im going with feces. Their were mouse droppings in the drawers of one of the dresser. The main bathtub/shower did not work. Used q-tips. The entrance to the house is undesirable and has you walk through tall grass and over A/C lines. Now I completely understand it's a rental and they see numerous families throughout the year and messes happen. I also understand we are in the woods and mice will find their ways into homes. I also understand that it rained and will grow more. I get it all. But what I dont understand is that we pay decent money to stay here and the cleanliness is horrible. We were given a point of contact incase their were any issues. We emailed them and received no response. If you're going to spend that much money, I'd recommend staying somewhere else.

• Very Nice Pool

  Overall we enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The pool was clean and enjoyable for all of us. The cabin was clean but the beds were very hard. TVs didn’t really work and remote batteries were dead but no issues with WIFI. You can tell it’s been rented a lot just comparing the photos online to what was actually there. Backyard view was pretty but can’t see the mountains with the overgrown trees on the side of the cabin with all the windows. They do attract a lot of hummingbirds and butterflies that was peaceful to just sit and watch. The drive to the cabin wasn’t bad at all just watch pulling out of the driveway. Would book again but bring a pillow top for the mattresses. Recommend brining beach towels!

  The cabin was lovely and many hours of enjoyment were spent in the pool by kids and adults alike.

  The TV in the master bedroom did not work but that wasn’t a big deal for us

  The dishwasher worked

  It would’ve been nice to have more silverware.

  The top of the driveway needs work. We scraped the bottom of our cars every time we pulled out

  The shower in the second bathroom was frustrating because it was difficult to get the water warm
